John Monroe Law, P.C. argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia whether the Atlanta Botanical Garden may prohibit its patrons from wearing firearms while visiting the Garden. A decision is expected later this year.

John Monroe Law, P.C. has obtained a judgment against the ATF on behalf of a client who was denied a suppressor transfer. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has ordered the ATF to allow the transfer to proceed.

John Monroe Law, P.C. has filed a second case within a year against the same probate judge for wrongful denial of weapons carry licenses. The judge apparently has the practice of denying applications for applicants that have arrests on their record and no dispositions, if those arrests might be related to crimes that would make the applicant ineligible.
