Firm Gets Felony Charges Dismissed

John Monroe Law, P.C. got felony charges dismissed for a client who had previously pleaded guilty to those charges. He had been barred from getting a weapons carry license or possessing firearms. As a result of the dismissal, the client was able to pass a background check at a gun store and obtain a firearm.
