Wisconsin Supreme Court Overturns Bus Ban for Client

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has overturned a City of Madison ban on carrying guns on city buses, in a case argued before the court by John Monroe. The case had been previously decided against the firm clients by the Circuit Court of Dane County and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, but the Supreme Court reversed the lower court decisions.
